Dear Dan,
I recieved my painting yesterday. I didn't open it myself, instead, I took it to my grandmother today to surprise her (as the painting was meant for her). I cannot tell you how happy she was and how hard she clapped! The painting is even better than it looked in the pictures you sent me!

I'm always astounded at the kind of talent and artistic skill it takes to do something like this....incredible....I am amazed. The painting is superb! I could not have asked for anything better and am 100% pleased.....I came to the right people! Please, if it is possible, convey my message to the artist who painted it, thank him for me, and tell him how happy I am with it. I must admit, as soon as it arrived, I couldn't wait to hang it in my living room ever since I saw the photo of it that you'd sent in an email, and I had a spot already picked out for it, so I rushed out and had it stretched and framed, and now it resides as a most delightful addition on the wall near another of my favorite paintings in my living room.
