i got your painting----think your work is very, very good. i had 1st art gallery do a painting for me and it was not a work of love. he made half effort attempts in his redoes and it took alot of effort on my part to get it right. i'm very good at touch ups with some very decent talent of my own. with an an eye for detail it eventually came out perfect. if your work was not a labor of love, you made up for it in sheer talent. you got the redo in one attempt following my directions perfectly. infact i made a mistake by having you darken some of the details but i quickly softened the colors and i am now having trouble strutinizing between the the original and the copy as to which one actually looks better. i am also very aware that the original was a much larger painting making it even more impressive. thanks again and let' keep in touch, bill p.s my wife is terrible critic to what i bring into our house. your painting shut her up...

Dear Dan, I wanted to thank you and you staff of artist that worked so hard to make the Squire House come alive once again. I wanted to share with you something that happened the other day which you might enjoy hearing. My cousin Calvin Floyd came over for a visit. Calvin is in his mid 80's and has lived in this area all of his life as a pharmacist and a farmer. The Squire House painting was lying on a large round table in the middle of my living room and when he came in he walked slowly over to the table and just looked down at the painting for a long moment and then he said, " That's the old Squire House, it use to stand two blocks from the Squire School. I don't know who painted it but it looks just like it did back then." Thanks again for a job well done! Randy
