"good morning here:
what an excellent organization you have....and fun to deal with.
we shall return!!!!" - H.B
Oh my goodness!!! It's absolutely beautiful and I can't think of anything I would want changed. I chose this particular painting because of a battle fought in St. Lo in 1944 in which my uncle lost his life. I know St. Lo looked (and looks) very little like this, but I don't think that really matters in the least. He is buried at St. James Cemetery in France and this is about as close as I will ever be able to get to him. Since I will probably not be able to visit St. Lo...I thought the painting would be the next best thing. I never knew this uncle, but he and my father were very close.
Anyway, I thank you so very much. You folks do wonderful work and I can't wait to receive this.
I am so excited about seeing the finished product. Please extend my gratitude to the artist. Hopefully, I'll be in the market for more art in the future...and you will be first on my list. Your "customer service" is excellent.
Thanks again. June
I think the painting looks great. Awesome job!
I was so awestruck after unraveling the painting and glancing at the results, I honestly feel I haven't fully recovered.
It's only because of practical reasons that I email you to ask questions about the surface of the painting because the frame shop wanted to know if it should be prepared in any way. Is there any recommendations you can make before it is framed?
I now wished I had asked for those photos you offered while the painting was being prepared (though I found photos at the website that explains the process).
I'm truly beholden to the artist for his/hers recreation. After 40 years, I never imagine I would lay eyes on this painting again (held in private collection). The artist captured the clarity of her eyes. Even as an elderly woman, that illuminating presence was still there.
Would it be possible to send a small gratuity to the artist in appreciation?
With many many thanks,
"Thanks for the pictures, so many thanks for doing those revisions. The glass looks good and yes that's exactly what I was looking for.
So as mentioned before, with the revisions done, I'm very happy with the painting and consider it finished to my complete satisfaction. I now very much look forward to receiving it.
It's a gift for some friends and judging from the images that I've seen it will be a great pleasure to give it to them.
I'd like to say a personal thank-you to both you and the painter for your complete professionalism and openness to my requests and comments. The process has been quite a joy for me.
Please, again give my thanks and compliments to the painter.
Feel free to email me if you require any further information for shipping etc.
All the best," - N.C.
