Dear Dan, I wanted to thank you and you staff of artist that worked so hard to make the Squire House come alive once again. I wanted to share with you something that happened the other day which you might enjoy hearing. My cousin Calvin Floyd came over for a visit. Calvin is in his mid 80's and has lived in this area all of his life as a pharmacist and a farmer. The Squire House painting was lying on a large round table in the middle of my living room and when he came in he walked slowly over to the table and just looked down at the painting for a long moment and then he said, " That's the old Squire House, it use to stand two blocks from the Squire School.
