| 2.Will I receive acknowledgement for the gift certificate I purchased? Yes. After purchasing a gift certificate, as with any other order, you will receive a confirmation email which you can use to confirm the status of your order. |
| 3.Can I include a gift message? Yes. During the checkout process, you will see a gift messaging area. Simply type your personal message in that area. |
| 4.How are gift certificates sent? Gift certificates can be sent via email or through the mail. If you choose to send by mail, we will send your GC in a hand painted gift card with your gift message. |
| 5.When will the recipient receive the gift certificate? Once we verify payment in full, electronic gift certificates are sent within 24 hours. |
| 6.Can I prevent the recipient from seeing the price of the gift certificate? Yes, OceansBridge.com can remove the price from the invoice. To request this, have your order number ready and contact our Customer Experience Team toll free at 1-877-777-2161 or via email at art@oceansbridge.com. |
| 7.How can I redeem my gift certificate? When placing your order, you will be prompted for payment. This page includes a field where you can enter in your gift certificate number. If the gift certificate is not enough to cover the balance of the order, you will be prompted for an additional form of payment (which may be an additional gift certificate). |

| 9.Can I exchange my gift certificate for cash? No. OceansBridge.com gift certificates are not redeemable for cash or refund, nor can they be transferred to another person. |
