This is NOT my first order order from Ocean’sBridge.

When I ordered a reproduction of Charles Sheeler’s “Feline Felicity” I had several concerns as the original is not a painting,; but rather a pencil drawing on paper. Mr. Skidmore assured me that he was confident that the original could be translated to oil paint. Additionally, he reminded me of the company’s 100% satisfaction guarantee.. The original work is done only in shades of black,, gray and white which, amazingly, manage to convey the textures of wood, concrete, fur and wicker. Ocean’sBridge reproduction is 500% as expert!
I cannot express how pleased I am with the finished oil painting. Additionally, the customer service/seller contact, professionalism and careful shipping and handling were A++. When packages are delivered damaged we'll need you to inform the courier (UPS) at your end, so they can process the complaint and take photos of the damage and send the photos to us. All of our artists are talented and experienced. We only work with the best, and new artists - who are only recruited if recommended by members of our existing team - are tested thoroughly before being allowed to work on customers' paintings. We choose the artist most suited to the style of your particular painting. By way of explanation, our artists specialize in different styles - one might do only Impressionist work, while another only portraits from photographs. Whilst both are painting in oil, the skills and styles are very different, and we are careful to make sure the right artist is chosen for your painting.
We prepare the best possible images for the artist to work from. Generally, the better the source image, the better the finished painting. As a result we have accumulated a very large library of art resources!
Once the artist finishes working on your painting our master artist checks the quality. Only with his approval do we move on to the next step.
Photos of the painting, including close ups, are sent to you by email. You will have a chance to review the painting and request any changes you feel are necessary, if any.
The painting is sent to you by courier. If it were to arrive damaged we would of course replace the painting.
If, in the unlikely event you were dissatisfied with the painting after reviewing it in person, it can be returned for a full refund for up to 30 days after delivery.
