Shipping and Returns


That also means we guarantee you will take delivery of the painting in good condition…so when that doesn’t happen due to some problem with the courier (FedEx / UPS / DHL etc.) we will make good. It’s our job to make sure you are happy with the painting, and that includes guaranteeing that when a problem has come up, we fix it.

Also, as per our guarantee, if you are unhappy with the painting we will refund your money. So if you receive the painting but are dissatisfied please contact us and tell us you wish to return the painting. We will then give you the right address (European office for European customers, US office for the rest of the world) and you can mail the package to us with your order number or name printed clearly on the outside of the package. As soon as we receive it, we’ll process the refund.


If the paintings are damaged when you receive them please let us know immediately, AND INFORM THE COURIER TOO (if the package turns up visibly damaged, you might be best off refusing delivery or filling out a complaint with them). From time to time parcels are damaged during shipping, and when that is the case we replace the painting.

If returning a painting please take care to ensure it is well packaged and clearly labeled.

Shipping Policy


The price you see in the cart is the price you pay – we don’t add extra for shipping. There are no hidden fees. Shipping, insurance and all other costs are included and you will not be asked to pay any further fees.


Paintings that are unframed will be sent via courier rolled in a protective cardboard tube. This is completely safe and will cause absolutely no damage to your painting. Once you receive the painting it is ready for mounting or framing.

Framed paintings (North America) are sent in special protective packaging.
