Yes that is correct the price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees. Shipping, insurance and all other costs are included and you will not be asked to pay any further fees. When packages are delivered damaged we'll need you to inform the courier (UPS) at your end, so they can process the complaint and take photos of the damage and send the photos to us. But, as far as your painting is concerned, if it was damaged beyond repair or lost in transit (both rare occurrences, thankfully), we will immediately dispatch a replacement (or paint a new one for you if it was not one we had in stock).

We prepare the best possible images for the artist to work from. Generally, the better the source image, the better the finished painting. As a result we have accumulated a very large library of art resources!
Once the artist finishes working on your painting our master artist checks the quality. Only with his approval do we move on to the next step.
Photos of the painting, including close ups, are sent to you by email. You will have a chance to review the painting and request any changes you feel are necessary, if any.
The painting is sent to you by courier. If it were to arrive damaged we would of course replace the painting.
If, in the unlikely event you were dissatisfied with the painting after reviewing it in person, it can be returned for a full refund for up to 30 days after delivery.
